Small Businesses Threaten Lawsuit

Massachusetts, a state that was once pointed to by the Obama Administration as the poster child for the new federal health care law, is now a hotbed of discontent among the state’s small business leaders. As the October 1 deadline rapidly approaches, many business owners are starting to wake up and realize that their employee premiums are increasing. The potential increase in premiums has prompted the state’s largest employer group to threaten the federal government with a potential lawsuit.
