The Labor Department has begun taking steps to roll back Obama labor policies. Secretary Acosta told members of Congress Wednesday that the department will begin rewriting overtimes regulations within the coming weeks. However, Secretary Acosta also gave approval for a retirement-savings rule that the Obama administration had written. President Trump is currently scheduled to visit the Labor Department on June 14th to announce the expansion of apprenticeship programs and accreditation for vocational programs and community college.
