Former WH economists argue steel tariffs would hurt US economy, diplomatic ties

Former White House economists are saying tariffs on steel imports due to ‘national security concerns’ aren’t a good idea, The Hill reports. However, the economists wrote that the economic benefits of the tariffs would be ‘worth the dimplomatic cost’.
