The Senate has not created a budget for years, and perhaps this lack of accountability has lead to Senator Reid’s inability to count. February 3, on ABC’s “This Week”, Senator Reid states that the Senate has already made $2.6 trillion in spending cuts. Senator Reid not only made this mistake once, but he repeated it when probed further by George Stephanopoulos. The irony is when on the Senate floor, the Senator was able to get the number, $100 billion, correct. Is Senator Reid giving the American people the old razzle dazzle or does he simple not know the facts?
