Congressman Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) pushes his budget forward with the assumption that Obamacare will be repealed. Congressman Ryan believes his bill will cut spending by $5 trillion over the next 10 years. “Instead of spending $46 trillion over the next ten years, we’ll spend $41 trillion,” he said. Persistence often pays off. We shall see if it will for Congressman Ryan.
