Monday, the Obama Administration launched an Affordable Healthcare Act education program. The program will mainly target young adults 18 – 35, mostly males and non-whites. While, the education program could be deemed by mainly as a good step, the Obama administration has failed to explain how their education program will reach their targeted audiences. Unfortunately, many are already starting to see cracks within the new legislation as new concerns over the quickly approaching October 1 enrollment deadline.
