On Monday, December 2nd, the Obama Administration declared the health care website was up and running. However, there was one caveat. The website maintains a capacity of 50,000, which is a far cry from the President’s comparison to Amazon.com.
One may wonder what happens to customers if they enter healthcare.gov during maximum capacity. The answer is simple – the site crashes, leaving consumers, yet again, scratching their heads and wondering will this site ever be fixed.
