As if the first experience was not painful enough, taxpayers are once again being asked to cough up colossal funding to fix yet another government failure. The Obama Administration predicted that $93.7 million would be needed to fix the site; however, a contractor, recently hired by the administration, revealed that the costs would far exceed the original cost projection.
