On the heels of states like Virginia, Colorado, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Maine, Indiana citizens are confronted with the alarming news that their health plans are no longer valid due to a lack of compliance with the Affordable Care Act. According to the Daily Caller, “notifications have been sent out to 30,000 residents of Indiana informing them their health insurance plans no longer meet the requirements of the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, and will be cancelled at the end of this year.” Once again, Americans are forced to face the dour reality that the administration’s brand of improved health care for all Americans has failed the tests of feasibility and rationality.
