Due to low enrollment numbers, Hawaii’s Obamacare exchange website will soon shut down. Since the exchange was first implemented, it has struggled to attract the figures needed to make the exchange a success. Surprisingly, the $205 million that has been pumped into the healthcare exchange by taxpayer funding has proven insufficient to counterbalance the low enrollment figures.
