“Greece’s international creditors were increasingly aghast Monday at Athens’ failure to compromise over a bailout deal that’s needed imminently to avoid the country going bankrupt.” Many officials say Greece must not delay on a decision; there is not a moment to loose. However, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras sees it very differently. According to Tsipras, “This is not an issue of ideological stubbornness. It’s about democracy … We will patiently wait for the institutions to display realism.”
