According to a report released today by the House Ways and Means Committee and the House Energy and Commerce Committee, the Obama Administration has been illegally using funds allocated by congress for a purpose other than its intended one. As a component of Obamacare, the Obama Administration has been paying for “cost sharing reduction” (CSR) payments to insurance companies in attempt to lower the costs for the enrollee. However, the spending proposal for this program was withdrawn from congress, therefore, taxpayer funds were never allocated to be used for it. When the IRS began investigating these activities, numerous federal agencies refused to provide pertinent information regarding the use of such funds.
