CEO’s of biggest U.S. firms less optimistic about economy

It appears that the uncertainty of the 2016 Presidential Election has left top business leaders more concerned about the U.S. Economy than the historical average for people in their positions. These leaders have trimmed their projections for sales, hiring activities and have no plans to boost investment. Many say this reflects the new unfortunate normal, that the U.S. is stuck in a neutral economic position instead of moving forward.
