An increasing amount of companies across the US have been searching for applicants who can take initiative, problem-solve, and communicate clearly. These traits, which have been over looked in recent decades, are known as soft skills. While technical skills can be taught, those individuals with personality traits conducive to working alongside co-workers and customers are proving to be ever more valuable.
