US leads ‘significant increase’ in global economic confidence: Survey

Optimism continues to grow among many in the business world about the potential economic benefits of a Trump Administration. According to a survey conducted by YPO, an organization of business leaders, the level of confidence in the U.S. economy jumped from 60.4 to 64.6 in the fourth quarter of 2016. That boost is the largest single-quarter increase in five years. As the new President continues to announce proposals and policy modifications that could affect economic growth, it is clearly increasing the hope of an economy moving full steam ahead.
