April job creation was not as impressive as the month of March. However, it was not far off from what experts were projecting at 175,000. Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody’s Analytics, tells CNBC that “fundamental job growth is still strong”, and that we shouldn’t be too worried about fluctuations from month to month. Service jobs were the largest addition to the economy, making up 165,000 of the 177,000 added.
