The Federal Reserve’s semiannual report to Congress showed steady growth in the economy. Raising its interest rate benchmark for the third consecutive quarter, the Federal Reserve is gaining confidence in the economy. Consumer spending increases, among other factors, are reasons of the “good news” reports but there are still a few concerns.
