House votes to repeal consumer arbitration rule

Tuesday, the House of Representative passed a vote to eliminate a restriction of consumers’ rights to sue banks in class-action lawsuits. The decision, which drew criticism from financial¬†groups and organizations, apparently “limits consumer options” when it comes to legal action and class-action suits.
